Condition:
Tension headaches are triggered by a number of maladies. The first and foremost is poor postural alignment with nerve root compression. Other causes can include nerve compression of the sub-occipital region (base of the head), poor posture, stress, poor diet, hydration and even foot or environmental triggers can bring on a tension headache.
